Information We Collect

When you use Healthy with Javier as a coaching client, we collect:

• Account information — your name and email address, used to sign you in and identify you to your coach.
• Health and fitness data — workout logs, exercise sets and reps, habit check-ins, and biomarkers you or your coach record (such as blood pressure, glucose, or body weight).
• Meal photos and descriptions — photos and notes you submit when logging meals, used only so your coach can review your nutrition.
• Messages — messages exchanged between you and your coach within the app.
• Session and booking data — scheduled coaching sessions and attendance, including data shared with our scheduling provider, TidyCal, to book and manage appointments.
• Device identifiers — each time the mobile app checks for an update, it sends an installation identifier to Expo, the service that hosts our app updates. It identifies your installation of the app so the right update is delivered. We do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to provide the coaching service: building and adjusting your programs, tracking your progress, communicating with you, and scheduling sessions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored with Supabase, a hosted database and authentication provider, and transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to client data is restricted to your account and your coach's admin account.

Who Can See Your Information

Only you and your coach can see your health, meal, message, and session data. Staff access is limited to what's needed to operate the coaching service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as you're an active client, so your coach can track progress over time.

To delete your account and everything associated with it, email javierpgomez@fitforlife.ph from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove your account, your health and fitness records, your meal photos and descriptions, your messages, and your session history within 30 days, and confirm by email when it's done. You don't need the app installed to make the request.

Children's Privacy

Healthy with Javier is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Accounts are created by the coach for existing coaching clients — there is no public sign-up.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
